Its black oven-painted aluminium body delivers the bright, projecting voice associated with this distinctive instrument, while the solid beech neck and fretless Formica fingerboard support fluid slides, expressive ornamentation and oud-like phrasing.
Mechanical tuning pegs provide practical tuning control. The instrument is fitted with six double courses and a 0.125-micron synthetic head. A slim case and two picks are included.
